NOVELTY - A modified tetrafluoride-doped nano silicon carbide anticorrosive coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. modified PTFE, 12-20 pts. wt., preferably 16 pts. wt. nano silicon carbide, 15-35 pts. wt., preferably 25 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. dispersant and 55-75 pts. wt., preferably 65 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Modified tetrafluoride-doped nano silicon carbide anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has improved wear resistance and lubricity, is environmentally-friendly and better bond with the substrate and quickly form a dense protective film. The nano-silicon carbide promotes the further refinement of the coating. The dense protective film has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, thereby greatly improving the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the modified tetrafluoride-doped nano silicon carbide anticorrosive coating, which involves (1) putting the solvent into a mixer at a speed of 400-600 rpm, adding polyamide resin, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, (2) pouring the modified PTFE and antioxidant into the container and mixing evenly to obtain a mixture, (3) pouring the mixture into the mixed solution, then adding nano silicon carbide, coupling agent and dispersant, and continuing to stir for 15-20 minutes to prepare a semi-finished anti-corrosion coating, and (4) using metal screens to filter the semi-finished products of anti-corrosion coatings to obtain finished products.
