NOVELTY - An antibacterial pillow comprises pillow cover comprising modified cotton fibers and cotton fiber fillers. The modified cotton fiber is prepared by (1) immersing cotton fiber in polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, dipping-lifting to obtain modified cotton fiber (A), (2) immersing modified cotton fiber (A) in modified graphene oxide solution, dipping-lifting to obtain modified cotton fiber (B), (3) dispersing silver nanowires in ethanol solution to obtain silver nanowire solution, immersing modified cotton fiber (B) in silver nanowire solution, dipping-lifting, and drying. The modified graphene oxide solution is prepared by dissolving chitosan in acetic acid solution to obtain 6-9 %mass chitosan solution, dispersing graphene oxide in ethylene glycol to obtain 20-30 %mass graphene oxide dispersion, mixing chitosan solution and graphene oxide dispersion, and adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to the chitosan solution and graphene oxide dispersion in mass ratio of 1:10-20:30-50. USE - Antibacterial pillow. ADVANTAGE - The pillow can fully exert the antibacterial effect of the silver nanowires and the modified graphene oxide itself to achieve the excellent antibacterial effect. The pillow cover made of modified cotton fiber does not lose the flexibility and processability of the cotton fiber itself, has no irritation effect on the skin and no toxic side effects.
