▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Dispersing graphene of graphite alkenyl anti-corrosion paint comprises (i) mixing graphene in aqueous solution, adding dispersant to ultrasonically reacting for 30-60 minutes, then allowing to stand for 10-20 minutes to obtain graphene suspension; (ii) adding the graphene suspension into a high pressure reaction kettle, pressurizing and heating to react for 2-4 hours, then allowing to stand for 1-2 hours, subjecting to fast decompression to obtain graphene crushing liquid; (iii) crushing the graphite liquid after filtering and drying, adding into an ethanol aqueous solution, sealing the ultrasonic reaction for 10-15 minutes and carrying out ultrasonic reaction for 20-50 minutes; (iv) adding the graphene oxide solution into hydrochloric acid solution and microwave reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain graphene viscous liquid; and (v) adding the graphene viscous liquid into a vacuum distillation reaction vessel, then the reaction is distilled under reduced pressure for 2-3 hours and drying. USE - The method is useful for dispersing graphene of graphite alkenyl anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of poor dispersibility and easy agglomeration of graphene, disperses and pulverizes graphene, improves the surface specific effect and reduces the number of micropores.
