▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene composite carbon aqueous ink comprises 40-60 %mass aqueous resin binder, 15-30 %mass electroconductive filler, 1-15 %mass functionalized graphene, 10-30 %mass water, and 3-15 %mass additive. USE - Graphene composite carbon aqueous ink is used for printing on polyethylene terephthalate films, polyimide boards, cotton cloth, fiber, nonwoven fabric, or paper (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite carbon aqueous ink has excellent stability, peeling strength, bending performance, oxidation resistance, and thermal emissivity (increased to more than 75%), is safe and environmentally-friendly, and can be mass-produced by a simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous ink, which involves mixing binder, filler and water, heating, adding all components except thickener, dispersing for 1-3 hours, grinding for 3-5 hours to 10-20 mu m, and adjusting viscosity to 2000-8000 mPa.second.
