NOVELTY - Graphene material comprises 100-110 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 60-70 pts. wt. dimethyl carbonate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid, 10-18 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 10-14 pts. wt. stearic acid, 6-9 pts. wt. carbon powder, 30-40 pts. wt. pyridine, 0.8-1 pts. wt. ferric trichloride, and 3-5 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate. USE - Graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene material improves the carbon powder and polypyridine adhesion strength between graphene layers, improves the mechanical and electrical stability of graphene, and has good antibacterial performance and improved quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene material comprising taking triethanolamine, adding 5-7 times by weight of anhydrous ethanol, stirring uniformly, adding pyridine, increasing the temperature to 50-55 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours, distilling to remove ethanol, mixing with stearic acid, adding into a reaction kettle, inletting nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle at 150-180 degrees C, adding p-toluenesulfonic acid, stirring and reacting for 5-6 hours, cooling to room temperature, discharging, drying at room temperature to obtain ester amine monomer, taking ferric trichloride, adding 20-30 times by weight of deionized water, stirring uniformly, taking ester amine monomer, adding to dimethyl carbonate, feeding to a reaction kettle, inletting nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle at 55-60 degrees C, reacting for 30-40 hours, discharging, distilling to remove dimethyl carbonate to obtain quat. ammonium salt modified monomer, mixing with carbon powder, adding 27-30 times by weight (based on the weight of mixed material) of deionized water, stirring uniformly, feeding into the reaction kettle, inletting nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle at 20-40 degrees C, adding ferric trichloride aqueous solution, keeping the temperature for 3-5 hours, discharging to obtain quat. ammonium salt modified polypyridine solution, adding sodium polyacrylate, stirring uniformly, adding graphene oxide, raising the temperature to 60-70 degrees C, ultrasonically treating for 2-3 hours, filtering, washing the filter cake with water, vacuum drying to constant weight at 80-85 degrees C, discharging and cooling.
