▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The socket (100) has a conductive element (110) comprising a 2.5-60 wt.% metal wire and a graphene layer that is formed on a surface of the metal wire. A support element (120) supports the conductive element. Diameter the metal wire is about 10-2200 microns, where flexural buckling is generated by the conductive element. A substrate i.e. printed circuit board, is connected with a lower part of the support element. A linker is connected with the conductive element. A linker body is adhered to the linker through a connection hole. USE - Pressure-reducing conductive rubber socket. ADVANTAGE - The socket is simple to manufacture, and has high elasticity, high conductivity characteristics and high reliability. The graphene layer is formed on the metal wire, so that oxidation of metal can be prevented and electric conductance and mechanical strength of the conductive element can be improved. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a pressure-reducing conductive rubber socket.
