NOVELTY - A graphene electrode-based transparent LED comprises first transparent substrate, first graphene electrode fabricated on the first transparent substrate, n-type gallium nitride film fabricated on the first graphene electrode, multi-layered quantum well fabricated on the n-type gallium nitride thin film, p-type gallium nitride thin film fabricated on multi-layered quantum well, second graphene electrode fabricated on p-type gallium nitride thin film and second transparent substrate fabricated on the second graphene electrode. USE - Graphene electrode-based transparent LED. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electrode-based transparent LED has high luminous efficiency, stable performance and improved application range, and can be prepared in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene electrode-based transparent LED.
