NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional porous structure graphene oxide comprises adding ammonium persulfate to graphene oxide dispersion liquid, mixing and heating the mixture under reflux and cooling to room temperature to obtain final product, where the mass ratio between ammonium persulfate and graphene oxide is 5-11:1. USE - The graphene oxide is useful in super capacitor material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has mild reaction condition and low production cost; and is controllable and suitable for industrial production.
