NOVELTY - Quick-cutting polishing block comprises 30-45 wt.% kaolin, 15-20 wt.% potassium feldspar, 15-25 wt.% alumina, 15-25 wt.% corundum sand, 3-6 wt.% talc and 0.01-0.05 wt.% graphene oxide. USE - Used as quick-cutting polishing block. ADVANTAGE - The block has improved wearable performance and cutting speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing quick-cutting polishing block, comprising (i) uniformly mixing raw materials, then adding water, mixing the wet materials, and then aging to obtain material A, (ii) vacuuming the material A to obtain material B, (iii) extruding the material B, cutting and forming to obtain material C, (iv) high-temperature sintering the material C to obtain finished polishing block product, and (v) heating and checking finished polishing block product, packing and storing the qualified product.
