▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves providing a metal substrate core. The metal substrate core is grinded and polished to remove surface impurities, scratches and oxide layers. Graphene solution is provided to an outer surface of an inner side of the metal substrate core. The graphene solution is dried to form a graphene layer on a surface of the inner side of the metal substrate core to obtain a carbon wire. Carbon wire cutting and shaping are performed. The inner side of the metal substrate core is made of a copper wire or a copper foil. The graphene solution is attached by leaching or roll coating process. USE - Carbon wire manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables completing industrial preparation of the carbon wire in a rapid and simple manner and reducing manufacturing cost.
