NOVELTY - The layer has copper substrate (1) whose surrounding is covered with anti-oxidation graphene film protection layer (2). The absolute ethyl alcohol and analytically pure acetone are used to clean the copper material. A diluted hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 5% is provided to soak the copper material for 5 hours. A graphene film protection layer is provided on the copper surface. The cleaned copper is put into a single region growing furnace. The growth furnace is heated at the temperature of 600 degrees C. USE - Copper anti-oxidation protective layer used in electric, light, mechanical, building, and national defence industries. ADVANTAGE - The copper conductive property can be improved, and the oxidation or corrosion resistance of the copper can be improved. The service life time of the copper material can be prolonged.
