NOVELTY - Preparing graphene filler of earth-covered storage tank anticorrosion coating comprises (1) adding the purified graphite oxide wet material into the first solvent to form a 0.1-5 mg/l graphene oxide dispersion, (2) adding reducing agent A, halogen salt and reducing agent B to the graphene oxide dispersion, stirring evenly at the first temperature to obtain a mixed solution, (3) washing the mixed solution with the first solvent and the second solvent respectively, to obtain a reduced graphene oxide wet material, (4) adding an epoxy amine curing agent and a catalyst to the reduced graphene oxide wet material, heating to a second temperature and stirring evenly to obtain a high-concentration graphene-modified organic amine curing agent, (5) mixing and stirring the high-concentration graphene-modified organic amine curing agent and the epoxy amine curing agent evenly to obtain graphene filler USE - The graphene filler is useful in the anticorrosion coating for soil-covered storage tanks. ADVANTAGE - The graphene process provides a corrosion-free promoting activity, good compatibility, high insulation, no volatile organic compounds (VOC) discharge, high safety, low cost for covering storage tank anti-corrosive paint of graphene filler and preparation technique.
