▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A copper oxide-titanium dioxide/graphene ternary complex comprises 40-85 %mass cubic copper oxide and 5-50 %mass anatase titania nanoparticles loaded on 3-20 %mass reduced graphene composite. USE - Copper oxide-titanium dioxide/graphene ternary complex used as visible light photocatalyst used for degrading organic-pollutant in air or solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The copper oxide-titanium dioxide/graphene ternary complex is easily and economically manufactured with high catalytic ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of copper oxide-titanium dioxide/graphene ternary complex, which involves preparing graphene oxide by Hammers method, preparing titania/graphene binary compound by dispersing graphite oxide in absolute ethyl alcohol by ultrasonic treatment, adding butyl titanate, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, adding deionized water, continuously stirring for 0.5-2 hours, adding product in hydrothermal kettle with polytetrafluoroethylene lining, performing hydrothermal reaction at 150-200 degrees C for 5-10 hours, centrifugally separating, washing using absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying at 30-70 degrees C for 8 hours in vacuum, preparing copper oxide-titanium dioxide/reductive graphene by adding copper acetate hydrate in absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring, adding binary compound, continuously stirring, slowly adding glucose water solution, stirring, slowly raising temperature and slowly dripping sodium hydroxide solution, centrifuging and separating, washing using absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, and drying at 30-70 degrees C for 8-15 hours in vacuum. The solvent of sodium hydroxide solution is mixed solvent of ethanol and water in volume ratio of 8-6:4-6.
