NOVELTY - The method involves synthesizing graphene (10) on a metal foil, and removing the metal foil. A photoelectrode (13) is formed on a metal substrate in which graphene is grown up. The photoelectrode made of titanium dioxide (TiO2) nano particle is plasticized on the graphene film. The plastic substrate is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyacryl, polyimide, polyamide or polystyrene group polymer. USE - Method for manufacturing solar cell such as dye-sensitized solar cell mounted in vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The flexible type solar cell with improved performance can be manufactured easily.
