NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene electrode, comprises (i) forming a metal spinning film layer on the substrate and (ii) forming graphene film on the metal spinning film layer, (iii) covering the upper base material on the grapheme, (iv) reserving two electrode access ports electrically connected with the graphene film, (v) sealing the periphery of the electrode by insulating material, and (vi) filling graphene conductive material between the metal spinning film layer and graphene film. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene electrode. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electrode: has excellent performance; reduces the influence of the substrate to the water contact angle; solve the problem of high refining degree; and improve the filling efficiency by adopting the vacuum suction mode.
