DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene modified radiating consumable comprises 1-4 pts. wt. graphene, 75-120 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin, 22-35 pts. wt. glycol ether acetate, 50-72 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 32-45 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 11-15 pts. wt. chloropropylstyrene, 11-15 pts. wt. chloropropylstyrene, 8-12 pts. wt. sodium hydroxymethylcellulose, 4-6 pts. wt. kevlar fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate fiber, 1-6 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. regulator, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. generating agent, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.7-1.3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. bridging agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.4-0.7 pts. wt. tackifier, 1-2.3 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. flame retardant. The flame retardant comprises 60-68 pts. wt. ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, 25-28 pts. wt. caprylic capric triglyceride, 22-24 pts. wt. nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, 18-22 pts. wt. polyoxypropylene triol, 14-16 pts. wt. urea, 10-12 pts. wt. alumina, 9-11 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 7-10 pts. wt. lead oxide, 8-12 pts. wt. bentonite and 1-2 pts. wt. penetrant. The graphene modified radiating consumable is prepared by (i) taking PET resin with glycol ether acetate, crushing and sieving by the 200-300-meshes sieve to obtain mixed resin powder, (ii) adding surfactant into a mixed resin powder obtained in the step (i), at temperature of 68-72 degrees C, activating at speed of 150-180 rotations/minute (rpm) for 1-1.3 hours to obtain activated mixed resin powder, (iii) taking the graphene, smashing, passing through 200-300 meshes sieve to obtain powder, the resulting powder has magnetic field strength of 7000-8200GS, ultrasonic power is 520-650 W, the temperature at 52-56 degrees C and the rotating speed is 200-300 rpm, stirring for 40-50 minutes to obtain graphene energy powder, (iv) under nitrogen protection, taking graphene energy powder obtained in the step (iii), adding activated mixed resin powder obtained in the step (ii), polylactic acid, sodium tripolyphosphate, chloropropylstyrene, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, hydroxymethylcellulose sodium, kevlar fiber, polybutylene terephthalate fiber, conditioning agent, generating agent, crosslinking agents, compatibilizers, bridging agents, catalysts, plasticizers, dispersants and tackifiers, the microwave power is 320-360 W, the temperature at 140-145 degrees C, rotating speed of 200-400 rpm and stirring for 2.8-4 hours to obtain mixture I, (v) taking the mixture I obtained in the step (iv), adding curing agent, antioxidant, stabilizer, anti-aging agents, flame retardant, at temperature of 76-80 degrees C, stirring at speed of 150-250 rotations/minutes, stirring for 1.6-2 hours to obtain mixture II. The flame retardant is prepared by taking nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate, adding 320-400 pts. wt. water into a microwave reactor, stirring at speed of 300-500 rpm for 8-12 minutes to obtain mixture A, (b) taking the mixture A obtained in the step (a), adding ethylene glycol ether acetate, octanoic acid triglyceride, polyoxypropylene triol, urea, alumina, antimony trioxide, lead oxide, bentonite, penetrant, stirring at speed of 200-400 rpm, the microwave power of 350-400 W, stirred at 92-96 degrees C for 1.3-1.8 hours to obtain mixture B and the penetrant is penetrant JFC, (c) cooling the mixture B obtained in step (b) to room temperature, filtering the precipitate, rotating speed of 4000-5000 rpm, drying until the moisture content is less than or equal to 1% to obtain the flame retardant, (vi) taking the mixture II obtained in the step (v), placing in a screw extruder, at temperature of 190-200 degrees C, the rotating speed is 125-140 rpm and extruding strip to obtain graphene modified radiating consumable.
