▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing a graphene based composite material, comprises: introducing graphene obtained by chemical vapor deposition and a polymeric composition containing at least one thermoplastic polymer into a mixer; melting the thermoplastic polymer and the mixture of the molten thermoplastic polymer and graphene in the mixer to form a composite material; and transforming the composite material into a solid form such as agglomerated granules. USE - The method is useful for producing a graphene based composite material that is useful for: manufacturing a composite product used for manufacturing finished processed objects used in electronics industry, computers, cables, carriage or automobile; for imparting electrical, mechanical and/or heat to a polymer matrix; and for viscosifying and/or thickening a liquid formulation such as ink composition, varnish, paint, putty, concrete or bituminous product containing a thermoplastic polymer solvent (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically producing the graphene based composite material with good electrical conductivity in a reproducible manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing a composite product, comprising manufacturing the composite material, and introducing the composite material in a polymer matrix.
