▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a three-dimensional lightweight graphene shielding material, comprises (1) performing aqueous dispersion treatment to the system includes graphene and dispersant to obtain the dispersion slurry, (2) mixing the system of dispersion slurry and aqueous polymer to obtain the mixed slurry, and (3) performing gradient freezing treatment to the mixed slurry, then freezing and drying the system to obtain the final product, where the dispersant includes at least one of polyvinyl pyrrolidone, chitosan, tannic acid, and carboxymethyl cellulose. The gradient freezing treatment includes placing the container of the mixed slurry in the liquid nitrogen environment, and the bottom of the container is in the liquid nitrogen environment and placing the other parts of the container in the air. USE - The three-dimensional lightweight graphene shielding material is useful in electromagnetic shielding device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent performance, quality and stability; and the method: is environmentally friendly and low consumption of graphene characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a three-dimensional lightweight graphene shielding material prepared the above-mentioned method.
