NOVELTY - Ramie microcrystalline/azodicarbonamide/thermoplastic polyurethane foaming masterbatch, zinc oxide/graphene nanosheets/thermoplastic polyurethane foaming additive, thermoplastic polyurethane and ethyl vinyl acetate are added to high-mixing machine and mixed to form premix. The premix is extruded with screw extruder, to obtain ramie microcrystalline/graphene nanosheet-modified thermoplastic polyurethane microporous sheet. USE - Preparation of ramie microcrystalline/graphene nanosheet-modified thermoplastic polyurethane microporous sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of ramie microcrystalline/graphene nanosheet-modified thermoplastic polyurethane microporous sheet having excellent strength, antibacterial property, ventilation characteristics, corrosion resistance, mildew-proof property, biodegradability, antiseptic property, compressibility and low-temperature toughness, and high elasticity and permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ramie microcrystalline/azodicarbonamide/thermoplastic polyurethane foaming masterbatch and zinc oxide/graphene nanosheets/thermoplastic polyurethane foaming additive are prepared.
