NOVELTY - The method involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene in deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion, adding calcium nitrate to graphene dispersion and then stirring to obtain calcium nitrate/graphene mixed solution, dripping aqueous ammonia to mixed solution, dripping solution of calcium nitrate and diammonium phosphate and then reacting, stirring mixture to obtain hydroxyapatite/graphene precursor slurry, aging slurry to form composite material, washing, and drying and then grinding to obtain hydroxyapatite/graphene nanocomposite. USE - The method is useful for preparing hydroxyapatite/graphene nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of preparing hydroxyapatite/graphene nanocomposite with improved mechanical and biological properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene in deionized water to obtain a graphene dispersion having a concentration of 0.25-2.6 g/l, adding calcium nitrate to the graphene dispersion and then stirring to obtain calcium nitrate/graphene mixed solution, dripping aqueous ammonia to the mixed solution, adjusting pH value of the mixed solution to 11-14, dripping solution of calcium nitrate and diammonium phosphate to the mixed solution and then reacting, stirring the mixture to obtain hydroxyapatite/graphene precursor slurry, aging the slurry to form a composite material, washing, and drying and then grinding to obtain hydroxyapatite/graphene nanocomposite.
