▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of layered graphene/metal composite material comprises pre-treating metal foil and configuring concentration of graphene oxide solution; transferring folded metal foil with graphene oxide solution into hydrothermal reaction vessel, hydrothermal reacting, transferring to tube furnace, and high temperature thermal reducing; and cold pressing and hot press sintering. USE - Method for preparing layered graphene/metal composite material for insulated gate bipolar transistor packaging of high-speed train (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has simple operation, low cost, layered structure, and excellent in-plane conductivity and plane thermal conductivity of 480-680 W/mK.
