▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composition comprises dihydropyrene-containing polymer (I) having two or more pyrenyl groups. USE - Composition is used for dispersant of graphene and/or graphene oxide, modifier for epoxy resin or urethane resin (all claimed) and epoxy resin thermosetting material. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent dispersion stability with respect to epoxy resin matrix and agglomeration resistance. The polymer in composition has high modulus. The epoxy resin thermosetting material containing the composition has excellent toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composition comprises dihydropyrene-containing polymer of formula (I) having two or more pyrenyl groups. R1,R2=group chosen from 3 groups of formula (i-iii); R3=group chosen from 16 groups of formula (vii-xxii);and n,m,p,q,n',m',p',q',n",m"=positive integers. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) usage of dihydropyrene-containing polymer (I) for dispersant of graphene and/or graphene oxide and modifier for epoxy resin or urethane resin; and (2) preparation of dihydropyrene-containing polymer (I) having two or more pyrenyl groups, which involves adding polymers with two or more hydroxyl groups, solvent, pyrene group-containing organic acid and catalyst to reactor, reacting mixture at room temperature for 6-48 hours, precipitating, separating and drying mixture. The molar ratio of polymer having two or more hydroxyl groups, pyrene group-containing organic acid and catalyst is 1:1-1.5:0.01-1.2. The usage amount of solvent is 1-50 times the mass of polymer with two or more hydroxyl groups. The polymer having two or more hydroxyl groups comprises polyethylene glycol, polycaprolactone, polyethylene glycol-polycaprolactone block polymer, polycaprolactone block polymer, polycaprolactone-polyethylene glycol-polycaprolactone block polymer, polyethylene glycol-polycaprolactone-polyethylene glycol block polymer, polyethylene glycol-polypropylene glycol-polyethylene glycol block polymer, polycaprolactone-polypropylene glycol-polycaprolactone block polymer, polyhydroxy polyether, polyhydroxy polycaprolactone, polyhydroxy polyether-polycaprolactone block polymer, hydroxyl-terminal hyperbranched polyether, hydroxyl-terminal hyperbranched polyether-polycaprolactone, hydroxyl-terminal polyether and/or hydroxyl-terminal polyether-polycaprolactone. The solvent comprises dichloromethane, chloroform, tetrahydrofuran, 1,4-dioxane, benzene, toluene and/or xylene. The pyrene group-containing organic acid comprises 1-pyrenecarboxylic acid, 1-pyreneacetic acid and/or 1-pyrene butyric acid. The catalyst comprises 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride/4-dimethylaminopyridine, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide/4-dimethylaminopyridine, sulfuric acid, solid acid catalyst, heteropolyacid catalysts and/or super strong acid catalyst.
