NOVELTY - Producing organic modified silane heavy anti-corrosion paint comprises e.g. (i) orderly adding liquid novolac epoxy resin into the dispersing tank in the state of stirring, orderly adding anti-settling agent into the dispersing tank, antifoaming agent and dispersant, stirring uniformly, adding silane coupling agent, dispersing for 20-30 minutes at the rotating speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minute, continuously adding xylene and pigment into the dispersing tank, filler and flatting agent, dispersing for 15-20 minutes at the rotating speed of 500-800 revolutions/minute, grinding, filtering to obtain component A, (ii) uniformly mixing the curing agent and n-butyl alcohol to obtain component B, where the curing agent is polyurethane curing agent, and (iii) adding nano graphene into the n-butyl alcohol, adding proper silane coupling agent into the graphene dispersion, stirring for 30-60 minutes to obtain the component C, and (iii) mixing the component A with the component C. USE - The method is useful for producing organic modified silane heavy anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has good adhesive force, weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and long corrosion resistance period. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing organic modified silane heavy anti-corrosion paint comprises (i) orderly adding liquid novolac epoxy resin into the dispersing tank in the state of stirring, orderly adding anti-settling agent into the dispersing tank, antifoaming agent and dispersant, stirring uniformly, adding silane coupling agent, dispersing for 20-30 minutes at the rotating speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minute, continuously adding xylene and pigment into the dispersing tank, filler and flatting agent, dispersing for 15-20 minutes at the rotating speed of 500-800 revolutions/minute, grinding, filtering to obtain component A, (ii) uniformly mixing the curing agent and n-butyl alcohol to obtain component B, where the curing agent is polyurethane curing agent, and (iii) adding nano graphene into the n-butyl alcohol, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-40 minutes to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene dispersion, adding proper silane coupling agent into the graphene dispersion, stirring for 30-60 minutes to obtain the component C, and (iii) mixing the component A with the component C, fully dispersing uniformly, mixing the mixed solution and component B uniformly.
