NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene dispersion liquid comprises preprocessing graphite with organic solvent at high temperature and at normal pressure or high pressure; under the protection of inert gas, preprocessing graphite at high temperature; ultrasonic peeling off graphite in a solvent; centrifuging; and separating to obtain graphene dispersion liquid. USE - Preparation of graphene dispersion liquid used for preparing graphene thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-quality and stable graphene dispersion liquid for preparing high-quality graphene film with controllable thickness; increases graphite interlayer distance to achieve ultrasonic peeling in a short period; uses simple device; and has mild condition and low cost. It solves the prior art problems of easy agglomeration and inability to realize industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene thin film comprising taking graphene dispersion liquid or diluting to a certain concentration; transferring the diluted graphene dispersion liquid onto a substrate; and evaporating the solvent to obtain graphene film.
