▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Shape memory polyimide aerogel comprises a polyimide precursor which is prepared by polycondensation reaction using diamine and dianhydride as monomers, followed by sol-gelation, freeze-drying and thermal-imidization, where fillers are added in the sol-gel process, and the aerogel comprises 0-50 wt.% fillers. USE - The shape memory polyimide aerogel is used in heat insulation, flame retardancy, and sound insulation. ADVANTAGE - The shape memory polyimide aerogel prepares has excellent shape memory and heat insulation performance by increasing the skeleton heat conduction in the aerogel structure while reducing the gas phase and radiation heat conduction, so as to solve the gap between aerogel heat insulation and shape memory contradiction, and has excellent market application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the shape-memory polyimide aerogel comprising (a) preparing polyamic acid by polycondensation reaction of diamine and dianhydride in an organic solvent at room temperature, depositing the prepared polyamic acid in deionized water, washing and freeze-drying to obtain polyamic acid solid, and (b) dissolving the above-mentioned polyamic acid solid with alkali in water, and mixing it with a filler to form a uniform aqueous solution, freezing it in a low-temperature environment, and freeze-drying it to obtain a polyamic acid aerogel, and carrying out thermal imidization to obtain the product.
