NOVELTY - Graphene emulsified asphalt composition, comprises either 40-55 pts. wt. asphalt, 2-4 pts. wt. emulsified additive mixture, 3-5 pts. wt. grease, 1-3 pts. wt. fatty alcohol, 8-10 pts. wt. asphalt emulsifier, 50-60 pts. wt. water and 2-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion as component A, and graphene prepolymerized material component B; or 80-110 pts. wt. asphalt, 4-8 pts. wt. emulsified additive mixture, 6-10 pts. wt. grease, 2-6 pts. wt. fatty alcohol, 16-20 pts. wt. asphalt emulsifier, 100-120 pts. wt. water and 4-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion as component A, and graphene prepolymerized material as component B; or 150-165 pts. wt. asphalt, 6-15 pts. wt. emulsified additive mixture, 10-18 pts. wt. grease, 3-10 pts. wt. fatty alcohol, 30-38 pts. wt. asphalt emulsifier, 180-220 pts. wt. water and 7-18 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion as component A, and graphene prepolymerized material component B, where the ratio between component A and component B is 10:1. USE - Used as graphene emulsified asphalt composition. ADVANTAGE - The graphene emulsified asphalt composition: utilizes graphene and emulsified asphalt, so as to achieve the effect of quickly forming emulsified asphalt and restoring to normal use on the road; makes the emulsified asphalt form a two-dimensional protective layer with efficient strength through the mixing of graphene and emulsified asphalt; reduces emulsified asphalt demulsification time; ensures that the emulsified asphalt can be quickly formed; can be quickly attached to the road; and is convenient for the staff to work quickly and open the traffic as soon as possible. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing of graphene emulsified asphalt composition, comprising (i) placing all the ingredients in component A together and mixing them thoroughly, (ii) emulsifying the asphalt by the non-ionic and ionic emulsifier in the component A in the step (i), and heating the asphalt, (iii) emulsifying additive mixture and fatty alcohol in component A in step (i) to promote the emulsification of asphalt, and stabilizing the emulsified asphalt, (iv) allowing the emulsified asphalt prepared in step (iii) to stand for a period of time, and waiting until its state is stable for use, (v) preparing the component B into graphene, and allowing to stand for a period of time, (vi) mixing the emulsified asphalt in the step (iv) with the graphene prepared in step (v) together, and stirring and mixing fully by the asphalt mixing station, (vii) heating the mixture of emulsified pitch and graphene in step (vi), fusing the graphene with emulsified pitch, stop heating and allowing to stand for a while, and (viii) encapsulating the fused emulsified pitch and graphene in step (vii) for convenient use.
