NOVELTY - Graphene polytetrafluoroethylene composite material comprises 90-99 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 0.1-9.5 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.1-1 wt.% surfactant and 0.1-5 wt.% coupling agent. USE - Graphene polytetrafluoroethylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite material has excellent characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, chemical reagent resistance, high strength and good thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene polytetrafluoroethylene composite material, which involves: (A) weighing all raw materials in proportion; (B) performing surface modification of graphene oxide to prepare modified graphene oxide; (C) drying the polytetrafluoroethylene resin and then pulverizing it; (D) adding the modified graphene oxide to the polytetrafluoroethylene powder, after fully mixing; and (E) cold pressing and forming, and then heating and sintering to obtain modified graphene oxide polytetrafluoroethylene composite material.
