NOVELTY - Preparing graphene micro sheet conductive masterbatch comprises e.g. mixing graphite powder with metal tin, melting tin at high temperature, stirring, crushing and shearing the graphite stripped after graphene microchips and glass beads quenched coating, dispersing stable and uniform graphene in metal tin and plated in glass beads, further through grinding to form stable graphene by tin particle, and dispersing in high molecular material through screw extruder. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene micro sheet conductive masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene micro sheet conductive master batch: has good dispersibility; and is suitable for all kinds of conductive plastic, plastic electronic and photovoltaic plastic conductive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene micro sheet conductive masterbatch comprises (i) mixing 20-30 pts. wt. graphite powder and 50-60 pts. wt. metallic tin, stirring at 100-500 rotates/minute, performing mechanical oscillation stirring, heating to 230-350 degrees C to obtain tin molen liquid, continuously maintaining mechanical stirring, stirring time is 3-5 hours, the graphite powder formed by crushing graphene micro sheet, dispersing uniformly in the metal tin liquid to obtain graphene micro sheet tin/metal composite liquid, (ii) mixing graphene micro sheet tin/metal composite liquid 30-50 pts. wt. glass microsphere, spray quenching at a cooling rate of 60-100 degrees C/second, the graphene micro sheet is stably and uniformly in the metal tin, coating the glass bead, and (iii) adding the glass bead coated with graphene micro sheet/metal tin compound into ball mill, milling under rotating speed of the ball mill is at 200-800 rotates/minute, mechanical grinding graphene/metal tin solid forming a graphene composite particle tin stabilizer, where the granularity is 10-200 mu m, mixing graphite composite particle and 30-50 pts. wt. polymer material uniformly, setting heating temperature to 200-300 degrees C, and preparing graphene micro sheet conductive master batch through screw extruder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene micro sheet conductive masterbatch, prepared by above method.
