NOVELTY - Preparing temperature-blended three-proof filter bag comprises (i) paving base cloth on both sides of cloth by opening treatment of fiber, and using fiber punching technique to composite on base cloth to obtain filter bag fabric, (ii) mixing hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, N-vinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol acrylate butyl acrylate and hybrid particles, adding emulsifier, and stirring to obtain pre-emulsion, (iii) mixing 1/4 pre-emulsion, 1/3 initiator solution and sodium bicarbonate under protection of nitrogen, heating temperature to 75℃, stirring and reacting for 4 hours, adding remaining pre-emulsion and initiator solutions, heating, cooling to room temperature, adjusting pH to 6-7, and (iv) mixing three-proof finishing agent with water, soaking filter bag fabric, dipping and rolling, pre-baking at 150-170℃ for 8-12 minutes, drying at 180-200℃ for 4-6 hours, cutting and sewing to obtain normal temperature blended three-proof filter bag. USE - The filter bag is useful in factories with exhaust gas and dust are increasingly important environmental protection, industrial dust concentration reaches certain degree e.g. electrostatic discharge spark or external ignition factor. ADVANTAGE - The filter bag has excellent flame retardant property and mechanical property, high water-repellent, oil-resistant, antistatic performance and excellent dust-proof property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for temperature-blended three-proof filter bag prepared by the preparation method.
