USE - The material is useful for supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method exhibits specific capacitance capability, excellent cycle performance; and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nickel-Anderson heteropoly acid/graphene/polyaniline composite electrode material comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide by modified Hummers method, where synthesis steps are pre-oxidation and secondary oxidation, (ii) hearting aqueous ammonium heptamolybdate tetrahydrate solution to boiling, adding aqueous nickel salt solution, evaporating the mixture on a steam bath, filtering, cooling to room temperature and naturally precipitating to obtain nickel-Anderson heteropoly acid, (iii) taking aniline solution, surfactant and graphene oxide in water and ultrasonic mixing, adding ammonium persulfate solution and reacting under ice bath and centrifuging to obtain polyaniline modified graphene oxide (PANI/GO) material, (iv) adding PANI/GO material and nickel-Anderson heteropoly acid dispersion in water and ultrasonic dispersing, transferring to tetrafluoroethylene lined reactor, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, washing and lyophilizing to obtain nickel-Anderson heteropoly acid/graphene/polyaniline composite material, and (v) grinding the composite obtained in step (iv), mixing composite material, conductive agent and binder, adding ethanol as a solvent, magnetic stirring, baking until it was sticky paste, coating on nickel foam and drying to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nickel-Anderson heteropoly acid/graphene/polyaniline composite electrode material obtained by above method.
