▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of sheets of graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide or sheets of mixtures of same from the powder of the materials, involves: (a) emplacing powder of multilayered material consisting of graphite, boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide, between two solid substrates; and (b) rubbing the surfaces of the substrates with each other and the powder, where powder is located between them to form the sheet on the surface of at least one of solid substrates. USE - The processes are useful for producing sheets of graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide or sheets of mixtures of same from the powder of the materials; and for coating substrate with sheet of graphene, boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide or its mixtures (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The processes do not use solvents; and can easily and inexpensively obtain sheets from powder materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of sheets of graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide or sheets of mixtures of same from the powder of the materials, where the sheets are formed by a set of strips, where the strips consist of 1-5 layers, where the layers are layers of graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide or tungsten disulfide which have a monoatomic or monomolecular thickness, involves: (a) emplacing powder of multilayered material consisting of graphite, boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide, between two solid substrates; and (b) rubbing the surfaces of the substrates with each other and the powder, where powder is located between them to form the sheet on the surface of at least one of solid substrates. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for coating a substrate with a sheet of graphene, boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide or its mixtures; where the sheet is formed by a set of strips, where the strips consist of 1-5 layers of graphene, boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide or tungsten disulfide, where the layers have monoatomic or monomolecular thickness, which involves: (a) emplacing powder of multilayered material consisting of graphite, boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide, between two solid substrates; and (b) rubbing the surfaces of the substrates with each other and the powder, the powder being located between them, to form the film on the surface of solid substrate to be coated.
