NOVELTY - A graphene-polypyrrole ionic liquid-composite film modified electrode preparation method involves dissolving pyrrole in deionized water to obtain solution A, adding graphene oxide to product, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain solution B, adding ionic liquid to product, and stirring product to obtain solution C. The product is added with enzyme and subjected to ultrasonic treatment to obtain solution D followed by subjecting solution D to cyclic voltammetry with working electrode and reference electrode. USE - Method for preparing a graphene-polypyrrole ionic liquid-composite film modified electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the grapheme-polypyrrole ionic liquid-composite film modified electrode with better electron transport property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-polypyrrole ionic liquid-composite film modified electrode preparation method involves dissolving pyrrole in deionized water to obtain solution A with mass concentration of 0.05-0.5%, adding 5-20 mg graphene oxide to product, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-2 hours to obtain solution B, adding ionic liquid to product, and stirring product for 1-2 hours to obtain solution C with mass concentration of 1-5%. The product is added with enzyme and subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 10-30 minutes to obtain solution D with mass concentration of 0.1-l mg/ml followed by subjecting solution D to cyclic voltammetry with working electrode, and reference electrode.
