▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The battery has a negative electrode provided with a carbon-based material i.e. porous graphite, that includes a graphene layer structure, where the carbon-based material comprises crystallinity and pores. An interlayer distance between graphenes is larger than a size of a solvated lithium ion generated by an electrolyte (319) and a lithium ion, where main ingredient of a solvent of the electrolyte is propylene carbonate. The diameters of the pores of the carbon-based material range from 2 nanometer (nm) to 4 nm, where solute of the electrolyte is a lithium salt. USE - Secondary battery for use in an electric appliance (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to LCD device, lighting device, desktop personal computer, laptop personal computer, image reproduction device, mobile phone, portable game machine, portable information terminal, electric rice cooker and electric washing machine. ADVANTAGE - The battery allows a gelled solvent to be used as a solvent of the electrolyte, so that safety against liquid leakage can be improved while achieving a thin and lightweight battery. The electrolyte contains propylene carbonate (PC) as a main ingredient that is stable at room temperature or lower temperature, so that battery properties can be prevented from being degraded at low-temperature.
