▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus has an adsorbent absorbed to a graphene nano ribbon. An atom or a molecule having different energy of adsorption at a zigzag edge of the graphene nano ribbon is absorbed to an edge of the graphene nano ribbon at a different density, so that a spin current flows in a direction in the graphene nano ribbon. The adsorbent is selected from a group consisting of lithium, sodium, potassium, beryllium, magnesium and calcium. USE - Spin current valve apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus can be used to transfer information through information media. The apparatus can be easily designed as electrical characteristic changes based on crystallization directional intention of a graphene sheet of a predetermined thickness.
