NOVELTY - Preparing lead-acid storage battery involves designing the lead paste formula by using positive lead paste comprises 10-15 wt.% deionized water, 5-10 wt.% sulfuric acid, 5-20 wt.% red lead, 0.1-0.5 wt.% lead titanate, 0.1-0.5 wt.% graphene, 0.1-0.5 wt.% short fiber and balance is lead powder and the negative lead paste comprises 10-15 wt.% deionized water, 5-10 wt.% sulfuric acid, 0.1-0.5 wt.% acetylene black, 0.1-0.5 wt.% polylactic acid, 0.1-0.5 wt.% short fiber and balance is lead powder, adding the solid raw materials in the positive lead paste formula of to the mixing paste machine for dry mixing, then adding deionized water for wet mixing, and adding sulfuric acid in batches under stirring to control the temperature of the paste at 75-80 degrees C, heating and stirring. The paste is discharged to obtain the positive lead paste. The solid raw materials are added in the negative lead paste formula to the paste machine for dry mixing, then added deionized water for wet mixing. USE - Method for preparing lead-acid storage battery. ADVANTAGE - The lead sulfate crystal is difficult to be separated out on the surface of the metal lead, inhibiting the formation of the dense lead sulfate layer, and the free energy of the sponge lead is reduced, so as to inhibit the passivation and shrinkage of the negative plate.
