USE - Cathode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high performance rate and wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a lithium ion battery cathode material preparation method involves obtaining a silicon or carbon composite material. A silicon covering layer is covered by a carbon core layer. An electrode material is formed by using a metal salt solution. The metal salt solution is coated in the silicon or carbon composite material baby a fluidization process. A metal oxide coating layer is formed on a cathode material.
