▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of three-dimensional graphene nano-network involves laminating colloidal silica on substrate to form three-dimensional structure with thickness of 0.1-5 mu m, growing graphene on three-dimensional structure using solution containing solid carbon source and metal precursor in the mass ratio of 1:2-1:4, heating the resultant product at 700-1200 degrees C under hydrogen gas to form foam structure, and removing colloidal silica and metal in the foam structure. USE - Manufacture of three-dimensional graphene nano-network used for supercapacitor and dye-sensitized solar cell (all claimed).
