NOVELTY - Preparation of composite electrode material of graphene-based ultra-small bismuth oxyhalide nanoparticles involves preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution, preparing composite of ultra-small bismuth oxyhalide nanoparticles and graphene oxide, and preparing graphene-based ultra-small bismuth oxyhalide nanoparticle composite. USE - Preparation of composite electrode material of graphene-based ultra-small bismuth oxyhalide nanoparticles used for alkali metal ion battery (claimed) for high-performance flexible electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The electrode material has stable structure and high specific capacity, which greatly improves the electrochemical activity of the material. The preparation method has simple process, and low reduction temperature and energy consumption.
