The dispersing and mixing structure is provided with a rotating plate that is fixed with an outer side of the stirring shaft. A surface of the stirring shaft located at a bottom end of the rotating plate is fixedly connected with a prism sleeve. A bottom end of the rotating plate is formed with a prism hole that is fixed with the prism sleeve. A surface of the stirring shaft located below the prism sleeve is fixedly connected with a base plate. An outer portion of the stirring shaft is connected with a spring that is fixed between the base plate and the rotating plate. USE - Composite device for processing modified graphene-based epoxy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The device enhances the mixing efficiency. The stirring shaft avoids need to drive the rotating plate to rotate, reduces the load, collects the scattered raw material on the material collecting hopper, and effectively improves the efficiency of the raw material mixing reaction.
