NOVELTY - Manufacturing antibacterial multi-mask filter, comprises providing a first unit mask filter including copper fibers; providing a pair of second unit mask filters including graphene; laminating a pair of the second unit mask filters on both sides of the first unit mask filter through an adhesive layer containing alcohol, respectively, and laminating the first unit mask filter and the second unit mask filter while the adhesive layer is at 60-80 degrees C; performing high frequency fusion process for 0.19-0.21 seconds at 4250-4350 degrees C while a pressure of 2.9-3.1 tons is applied to the laminated first unit mask filter and the second unit mask filter; and applying a pressure of 2.9-3.1 tons to the first unit mask filter and the second unit mask filter in which the high frequency fusion process has been performed, and performing low frequency fusion process at 195-205 degrees C for 4.8-5.2 seconds, and manufacturing filter capable of retaining and exerting characteristics of copper fiber. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing antibacterial multi-mask filter. ADVANTAGE - The multi-mask filter covers the respiratory tract e.g. nose and mouth; has simple structure with a built-in filter so that they can be easily carried and worn in cold weather or to prevent scattering substances e.g. dust and germs; is environmentally-friendly; retains and exhibits the material properties of copper fiber and the material properties of graphene together; exhibits a function of preventing static electricity through excellent conductivity of the copper fiber, prevents odors generated from the body or excrement of the bacteria; exhibits a thermal insulation function of maintaining body temperature through a heat storage function of copper fiber, and an electromagnetic wave shielding function; has a function of increasing the absorption rate of far infrared rays and promoting microvascular circulation; eliminates bacteria that cause various diseases, and by expanding capillaries to activate blood circulation and cellular tissue, thus it effectively prevents aging, promotes metabolism, and prevents various adult diseases e.g. chronic fatigue; has excellent moisture absorption and drying properties, and antistatic and skin care functions by being used in inner wear e.g. underwear.; suppresses and reduces the generation of static electricity to maintain the normal potential difference of the skin and prevents skin allergic reactions and pigmentation; and does not contain chemical substances and components harmful to the human body and does not occur simultaneously.
