▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Use of nano carbon iron composite preparation in preparing tumor thermotherapy medicine matched with the near infrared light. USE - The nano carbon iron composite preparation is useful in preparing tumor thermotherapy medicine matched with the near infrared light. ADVANTAGE - The nano carbon iron composite preparation has synergistic effect, can enhance the inhibition of lymph node metastasis effect of nano-carbon iron and nano-carbon heat treatment, can effectively increase the tumor temperature, improve the efficiency of Fenton reaction, and generates more hydroxy free radical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano-carbon suspension injection comprising (1) using water for injection with the composition amount of 90% vol./vol., and adding sodium chloride with a composition amount, and stirring until the sodium chloride is completely dissolved to obtain a salt solution, (2) adding a pH regulator and a suspending agent with a composition amount into the salt solution obtained in the step (1), and stirring until the pH regulator and the suspending agent are completely dissolved to obtain auxiliary material liquid; (3) adding the pre-treated nano-carbon with the composition amount into the auxiliary material liquid obtained in the step (2), uniformly stirring, and adding the remaining injection water to constant volume to obtain a constant volume liquid; and (4) homogenizing the constant volume liquid obtained in the step (3) at a rotating speed of 15000-20000 revolutions/minute for 3-10 minutes, homogenizing for 1-5 times at the pressure of 15000-30000 psi, and then filling, rolling cover, then steam sterilizing for 10-30 minutes at 115-130° C to obtain the product.
