NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-butyronitrile latex sand glove comprises taking potassium hydroxide and water, adding nitrile rubber, aqueous polyurethane, chloroprene rubber or natural latex, emulsifier, ball abrasive and graphene, stirring to obtain graphene-butyronitrile latex dull polish composite slurry, placing the knitted glove concreting on mold, spraying coagulator treatment, soaking the graphene butyronitrile latex dull polish the compound slurry, spraying slurry homogenate treatment, spraying sodium chloride or sodium sulfate layer on surface of the glove, pre-cured drying, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-butyronitrile latex sand glove (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The glove has high ventilation property, elasticity and gripping power, is wear resistance, has high strength and strong antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-butyronitrile latex sand glove comprises (S1) taking 1-2 pts. wt. potassium hydroxide 10 wt.% and 7-8 pts. wt. water, slowly adding 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber under stirring state, orderly adding aqueous polyurethane under the state of stirring, 4-10 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber or natural latex, 2-3 pts. wt. emulsifier, 6-7 pts. wt. ball abrasive and 0.025-5 pts. wt. graphene, continuously stirring for 1-4 hours, parking for more than 10 hours to obtain the graphene-butyronitrile latex dull polish composite slurry, where the solid content of the nitrile rubber is 40-50%, in aqueous polyurethane the solid content of chloroprene rubber or natural latex is 40-60%, (S2) placing the knitted glove concreting on mold, spraying coagulator treatment, soaking the graphene butyronitrile latex dull polish the compound slurry, spraying slurry homogenate treatment, (S3) spraying sodium chloride or sodium sulfate layer on surface of the glove, pre-cured drying, (S4) pre-cured drying glove after water washing, and (S5) drying at high temperature.
