NOVELTY - Graphene modified plastic comprises graphene-coated plastic, filler and auxiliary agent. The graphene coated plastic is a powder material formed by coating graphene powder on the surface of the plastic powder. USE - The graphene modified plastic is useful for preparing chemical device, building material, automobile parts, textile, medical device and household appliance (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified plastic: contains graphene coated on the surface of the plastic, which solves the problem of difficult dispersion of graphene in the plastic, imparts antistatic performance to the plastic, and improves the flame retardant property of the plastic; utilizes graphene, which reduces the use amount of the flame retardant, and improves the mechanical property and friction resistance of the modified plastic; and utilizes less amount of flame retardant to achieve high flame retardant requirements. The method: is simple to carry out; ensures direct extrusion and pelletization of graphene-coated polypropylene masterbatch after the graphene-coated polypropylene masterbatch is prepared, which solves the problem of graphene dispersion; and is suitable for industrial production.
