▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of lithium-sulfur battery composite cathode material involves (i) weighing sulfur and porous conductive substrate, adding sulfur to carbon disulfide solution, and stirring until completely dissolved to obtain a light yellow carbon disulfide/sulphur solution, (ii) adding porous conductive substrate to the carbon disulfide/sulphur solution and continuously stirring until carbon disulfide is completely volatilized, uniformly deposit sulfur on the surface of the conductive matrix material and preferentially enter the hole to form a composite material, and (iii) repeatedly washing the composite material with ethanol to remove residual carbon disulfide, performing vacuum filtration, and vacuum drying at 50-70 degrees C for 11-13 hours to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparation of lithium-sulfur battery composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method overcomes the problems of energy consumption, time-consuming, and inability to accurately control the sulfur load and uniformity in the existing sulfur compounding process such as melting or evaporation and condensation, provides technical support for the continuous and large-scale production of composite cathode materials for lithium-sulfur batteries, and is suitable for porous materials whose materials are denatured due to heating during the process of loading sulfur.
