NOVELTY - The machine has a hollow seat whose top is fixedly connected with a vertical plate (3) that is provided with a movable adsorption heat mechanism (4). A top of the hollow seat is fixedly connected with a cooling water tank that is provided with a spraying radiating mechanism. A front surface of the vertical plate is provided in a straight slot. An inner wall of the straight slot is slidingly fixed with a connecting block (47). A fixing block (48) is rotatably connected with a surface of the connecting block. A rear portion of the connecting block is fixedly connected with a graphene heat conducting plate (49). A surface of the graphene heat conducting plate is formed with a through hole (410).
