▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphite fiber paraffin phase change energy storage material comprises (a) heating the pitch at 473-600 K under the protection of inert gas, spinning into hollow fibers, and collecting the prepared fibers with take-up roller to obtain hollow pitch fiber precursors, (b) solidifying the hollow pitch fiber precursor, carbonizing and graphitizing to obtain graphite fiber, and (c) immersing the graphite fiber in paraffin powder, heating under vacuum, removing vacuum, cooling the above materials, solidifying and then subjecting to compression molding to obtain graphite fiber/paraffin composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphite fiber paraffin phase change energy storage material. ADVANTAGE - The energy storage material: has high thermal conductivity, good heat exchange performance; can can be used in the field of thermal energy storage and release; and is environmentally friendly. The method: uses graphite fiber as a material for increasing heat conduction; and can avoid the agglomeration issues of nanomaterials, e.g. graphene.
