NOVELTY - Preparing copper foil-graphene/carbon nano-tube or graphite-copper foil/carbon nano tube-copper foil thermal-conducting membrane comprises e.g. preparing graphene/carbon nanotube slurry, subjecting mixed solution of graphene oxide (GO) and carbon nanotubes to a hydrothermal reduction reaction and milling to obtain graphene/carbon nanotube slurry, peeling off solution containing graphite and dispersant by mechanical peeling and mixing with carbon nanotubes, to obtain graphene/carbon nanotube slurry, coating graphene/carbon nanotube slurry on a copper foil. USE - The method is useful for preparing copper foil-graphene/carbon nano-tube or graphite-copper foil/carbon nano tube-copper foil thermal-conducting membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane has simple preparation process, low cost, and is easy to operate and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing copper foil-graphene/carbon nano-tube or graphite-copper foil/carbon nano tube-copper foil thermal-conducting membrane comprises (i) preparing graphene/carbon nanotube slurry, (ia) subjecting mixed solution of graphene oxide (GO) and carbon nanotubes to a hydrothermal reduction reaction and milling to obtain graphene/carbon nanotube slurry, (ib) peeling off solution containing graphite and dispersant by mechanical peeling and mixing with carbon nanotubes, to obtain graphene/carbon nanotube slurry, and (ii) coating graphene/carbon nanotube slurry obtained in step (i) on a copper foil to obtain copper foil-graphene/carbon nano-tubes double-layer structure, or laminating another piece of copper foil on graphene/carbon nano-tube layer of double-layer structure to obtain copper foil-graphene/carbon nanotubes-copper foil three-tier structure. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for copper foil-graphene/carbon nano-tube or graphite-copper foil/carbon nano tube-copper foil thermal-conducting membrane comprising copper foil, and a mixed layer of graphene and nanotubes.
