▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-reinforced denture base material is obtained by using a raw material containing poly(methyl methacrylate) thermosetting denture base powder, a base fluid, and graphite having purity of 99.9%. USE - Graphene oxide-reinforced denture base material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-reinforced denture base material has improved friction coefficient and wear rate based on the addition of graphene oxide, and excellent hydrophilicity and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene oxide-reinforced denture base material, which involves mixing high-purity natural graphite powder and anhydrous nitric acid with concentrated sulfuric acid in an ice bath, oxidizing the mixture with potassium permanganate as an oxidant, reducing excess oxidant with 30% hydrogen peroxide, filtering, washing, dehydrating to obtain graphene oxide, dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically stirring at 500W for 30 minutes, adding 5 g pure poly(methyl methacrylate) dry powder, stirring for 1 hour, drying in an oven at 60 degrees C to remove deionized water, ball milling at rate of 400 rpm for 100 minutes to obtain graphene oxide/poly(methyl methacrylate)denture base mixed powder, mixing the denture base powder and water in volume ratio of 2:1, applying the mixture on a polyethylene film, pressing, heat-treating for 30 minutes in boiling water, naturally cooling to room temperature, and polishing the surface of the product.
