NOVELTY - Preparing nickel-cobalt-oxygenx/graphene lithium ion battery cathode material comprises firstly de-alloying the aluminum, cobalt, and nickel ternary alloys, successively ultrasonically treating the obtained de-alloyed material in an alcohol solvent and aminopropyltrimethoxysilane to obtain a precursor, placing the precursor in the graphene oxide dispersion, adding aqueous ammonia, carrying out the reaction, adding citric acid, continuously carrying out the reaction to obtain an intermediate, heating intermediate body and keeping warm. USE - The method is useful for preparing nickel-cobalt-oxygenx/graphene lithium ion battery cathode material, which is useful in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares lithium ion battery cathode material with a micro-nano structure, rich active sites, large specific surface area, and high tap density, and exhibits excellent cycle stability and high specific discharge capacity, when used in lithium-ion batteries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a nickel-cobalt-oxygenx/graphene lithium-ion battery cathode material prepared by above mentioned method.
