NOVELTY - An aqueous electroconductive antistatic coating material comprises 35-50 %mass nonionic aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 0.5-5 %mass graphene, 0.1-0.5 %mass wetting agent, 10-15 %mass talc, 0.5-1 %mass dispersant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% anti-flash rust additive, 0-1 %mass anti-settling agent, 0.5-1.5 %mass coalescent, 0.5-1 %mass coupling agent and remainder of water. The nonionic aqueous polyurethane emulsion is prepared using 5-isocyanato-4-(isocyanatomethyl)-1,1,2-trimethylcyclohexane (I), butane-1,4-diol (II) and butane compound (III). USE - Aqueous electroconductive antistatic coating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous electroconductive antistatic coating material is environmentally-friendly, and has excellent stable performance and corrosion resistance. The nonionic aqueous polyurethane emulsion has excellent adhesiveness, wash resistance and stable performance. The graphene has excellent conductivity and anticorrosion performance.
